Upcoming Augie Works Drop-in Working Sessions 
Need help getting started or have questions along the way? Join us for one of our Augie Works Drop-In Work Sessions. These are informal, come-and-go work sessions where you can bring your laptop and position information, work at your own pace, and receive one-on-one assistance from the Student Employment team.

Whether you're creating one position or several, we're here to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and help you complete your position setup in Augie Works.

Attend any session that fits your schedule:

• Monday, August 10 | 12:00-3:00 p.m.
• Tuesday, August 18 | 12:00-3:00 p.m.
• Friday, August 21 | 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
• Tuesday, August 25 | 2:00-4:00 p.m.
• Wednesday, August 26 | 1:00-3:00 p.m.
• Thursday, August 27 | 1:00-3:00 p.m.
• Friday, August 28 | 8:30-10:30 a.m.

Current Updates

• Implementing Augustana's new integrated student employment system, Augie Works. (7/2026)
• Handshake continues to support internships, full-time opportunities, career events, career fairs, and career coaching appointments. (7/2026)
• TimesheetX replaces TimeClock Plus (TCP), the prior student timekeeping process, for student employees and supervisors. (7/2026)
• Fall supervisor Lunch & Learns will focus on Augie Works training, questions, challenges, and effective practices. (7/2026)

Reminders

• Post all student employment opportunities in Augie Works.
• Do not allow a student to begin working before the hire is fully approved and accepted.
• Review and approve TimesheetX entries by the required deadline.
